I'm doing good. Re-organizing a warehouse that I own; the tenets have left for greener pastures, so I'm debating what to do with it now so it can earn its own rent.

Well that's always good things to know... hmmmmm... have you considered maybe opening up some stores? I've seen several people doing that.

That's one of the possibilities, yeah. I was originally going to open a mechanics shop there...so...there are a few choices knocking about.

Alice looks around then puts her finger to her lips.

"Shhhhh... demand later, it's a secret thing I only do on the third date... unless of course I've been drinking then all bets are off."
